How do I know how to use the equipment?

The manuals for the equipment are all available on the “renters section of our website”. We also have trouble shooting guides which help you pinpoint problems in your setup or problems with the equipment. Failing that you can always email or call us to be talked through everything. There isn’t a question we haven’t heard 🙂

Why do I have to provide my ID?

We need to ensure that you are who you say you are, the three scans/pictures help us to make sure of this. Doing this helps to reduce the costs for everyone.

How do I know which is the best system for me?

Look at our Equipment page which will list equipment in accordance with class size. We ensure that the system is right for the size of your class. You can also contact us to let us know more details about your classes so we can guide you to the best system.

Are all the systems portable, will I be able to carry it?

Yes and the heavier systems have wheels so are easily portable.

What if I no longer need to hire the system?

Our typical contracts are for a minimum 6 month term, however if you need a shorter term hire please contact us to discuss. Following completion of your tie in period you may return the equipment at any time giving us one months notice. This must be returned by courier at your expense. Keep the box the system is sent it so you are able to return it in the same packaging.
